I've read every few poetry books I'm sorry to say. SHE WALKS IN BEAUTY, A WOMAN'S JOURNEY THROUGH POEMS sounds especially interesting. I'll have to add that to my 'must get' list. Thanks.

What a great post! I have a couple of National Poetry Month posts for kids over on my home blog. I really love to read poetry anthologies the most, like a Norton's Anthology. I also especially love my Robert Frost and ee cummings collections. Probably my absolute favorite contemporary poet and perhaps my all time even is Li Young Lee. Amazing.
Hi Mason Canyon! I haven't read too many either, but wanting to broaden my horizons, and get a variety of poets to read these anthologies are a good ideal She Walks in Beauty is a wonderful collection of poems, arranged by "theme", and the design of the book is beautiful too. This would make a nice gift for Mother's Day or Sister, friend. Thanks for stopping by!
Hi SmallWorld at Home! Well I'm going over to your website and checking out those posts! Thank you so much for the recommendations too! E.E. Cummings is a poet I have enjoyed, along with Robert Frost, but I've never heard of Li Young Lee and now I'm going to do a little research!
Thanks for stopping by!
